I got new tires put on Bill's new bike and while this blog started out as a solo journey, it is now Bill too heading down to Baja from SF. Getting Bill to go wasn't exactly like pulling teeth, he immediately bought this dual-sport KLR 650 in Berkeley. I have a full tank of gas and some new hardbags on my Shadow ACE 750.
Once in a while you just need to get out of town on two wheels and go find the whales!....
