The Hotel Oasis was at the end of the Malecon, and as it turns out a good pick for us even though we found it late at night and only picked it because the woman at the front desk seemed to know how to arrange for diving the next day. Sometimes things work out well. They had guarded parking, large stone porch overlooking Sea of Cortez. 70$ for room with two bed and WIFI.
